Join Our Team

The Restore Native crew is a hardworking group of dedicated individuals, all passionate about getting more trees in the ground.

If you'd like to be part of our Team, email or check out this page for any roles we have available.

Spray Manager

This role will have plenty of variation across the seasons including in the nursery and planting with the Team, but the primary role will be ensuring our plants thrive once they're in the ground on farms and large scale landscape projects.

This consists of two main areas - ensuring sites have been accurately spot sprayed prior to planting, and re-visiting our plantings to carry out release spraying with knapsacks as well as some manual hand releasing of weeds and grass from around our plants. It's a physical role which requires high output and leading by example out on site.

You'll spend a lot of time liaising with landowners to ensure a smooth process on site, so you'll need to have great communication skills and know how to have a great yarn with farmers!

If this sounds like you - head to the job description here or email
