How to Use It
- Mixed with other grasses, although more in the flow or towards the wet edge compared to secta and virgata
- Low maintenance—just keep weeds at bay while it establishes, and it’ll thrive on its own.
Carex geminata is a tough, hardworking sedge that’s essential for restoring wetlands and waterways. If you're after a mass planting around cattle yards/milking sheds or around a duck pond then Carex secta and virgata would be your better option.
