Apply to become a Assistant Nursery Manager - Growing, Planting and Maintaining Native trees

BASED IN TE MIRO, CAMBRIDGE

Full time position (Monday-Friday)
$30 per hour (depending on experience)

Due to expansion within our nursery and future plans, we’re on the hunt for a Nursery Assistant Manager to join the Restore Native team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants more than just a job - someone who’s keen to be part of improving land, waterways, and long-term environmental outcomes.

This is a full-time role, working both in the nursery and out in the field. You’ll spend most of your time helping grow, maintain and prepare native plants, while also supporting planting, deliveries and maintenance work. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, likes physical work, and wants to be part of a small team that backs each other and takes pride in doing things properly. Experience in propagation or nursery work is ideal, particularly with native plants, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important.

If this sounds up your alley, find out more in the application pack below.
